How does your free trial work?

You may avail of our free trial for one week or 2,000 lines, whichever comes first. We will provide you access to our FTP server so you can send and retrieve the files. The trial period gives you the opportunity to test our services and quality of work. Request for a free trial.

How do I submit my dictations?

You upload your voice files into the Internet via secure FTP (File Transfer Protocol) and Web Application Server. We will be providing you the free and secure FTP location where you can send and retrieve the files. Read more about our process.

What is your turnaround time?

For stat or emergency files, we guarantee a turnaround time of two hours. For non-stat files, we revert in eight hours. This applies to weekend dictations as well. We can work according to your required turnaround time.

How much does the service cost?

Rates vary according to a number of factors, such as the quality of the voice files, the accuracy required, and turnaround time. We charge on a per line basis. You may request us for a quote.

What constitutes a line of transcription?

A line of transcription is composed of 65 characters, where a character is defined as any letter, number or symbol necessary for the content of the document, including the space bar.

How secure are the files?

We comply with the strict rules and regulations set by HIPAA. You are assured of privacy and security at our sites. Files are encrypted, and our record storage facilities are secure.

Do you require a minimum volume?

No, we do not have a minimum volume requirement.
